Job summary

Next Generation Pet Foods Pty Ltd is seeking reliable Factory Process Workers to join our Toowoomba facility. This hands-on role involves working across multiple production lines, with a day shift from 6:00am to 2:00pm and competitive hourly rates.

You will be involved in day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring products are prepared, processed, and finished to high standards while maintaining safety and efficiency. Training will be provided, and opportunities to upskill are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual handling.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious with a collaborative mindset.

We are seeking reliable and motivated Factory Process Workers / Production Workers to join our growing manufacturing team in Toowoomba. This is a hands-on role working across a variety of production lines within our facility.

Position: Factory Process Worker

Location: Toowoomba

Shift: Day 6:00am - 2:00pm

Rates: $30-$35 per hour

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in day-to-day manufacturing operations across multiple production lines. You'll play an important role in ensuring products are prepared, processed, and finished to a high standard while maintaining safety and efficiency.

• Work in the Wet Shed, preparing products for drying
• Operate and assist on Biscuit Machines
• Assist with Injection Moulding operations
• Carry out general production, packing, and quality control tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including standing for long periods and manual handling
• Capability to perform moderate lifting tasks up to 20kg as part of manual handling duties
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple areas of the facility
• Flexibility to work different shifts if required
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position
