Job summary

Tianqi Lithium Energy Australia is seeking an experienced Supervisor Production to lead the Kwinana plant, delivering safe, high‑quality lithium production at the lowest cost. This role requires strong leadership and a hands‑on approach to day‑to‑day operations.

You will manage production teams, drive safety culture, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure targets are met while maintaining regulatory compliance and high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational experience in base metal refining.
• Proven leadership of production teams with a strong safety focus.
• Solid knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements.
• Clear, proactive communication with all levels of the organisation.
• Commitment to safety, wellbeing, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all people in the production area.
• Investigate safety incidents and hazards promptly with corrective actions.
• Lead and develop the production team; resolve people issues.
• Safely execute the production plan to meet quality and production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through effective problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and TLK procedures.
