Job summary

Bega Group in New South Wales is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team of about 40 operators on 12‑hour day shifts, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency across our cheese manufacturing lines at Ridge Street.

You will coach and develop staff, drive continuous improvement, uphold food safety and environmental standards, and partner with teams to meet production targets in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and achieving production goals in FMCG environments.
• Strong understanding of process improvement and problem-solving techniques.
• Commitment to safe work practices and hazard awareness.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, including supporting teams through change.
• Clear, supportive communicator who helps others grow and succeed.
