Job summary

Dulux Acratex, part of the DuluxGroup, is seeking a Production Supervisor in Queensland to lead the day-to-day manufacturing, filling and quality teams, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You will motivate, coach and develop your team while partnering with the Production Manager to drive continuous improvement, build capability, and reinforce a strong safety culture for the Virginia site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Natural leader who motivates and engages team members.
• Forklift licence LF or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication across operations, quality, maintenance and supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing, filling, and quality teams, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Drawing on your natural leadership style, you will motivate, coach, and develop your team while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture. Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, build team capability, promote a strong safety culture, and play a key role in supporting the ongoing growth and expansion of the Virginia manufacturing site.

What We’re Looking for:

• Previous experience leading teams within a manufacturing, production, processing, or industrial environment.
• A natural leader who builds trust, motivates and engages team members, and fosters a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
• A valid Forklift Licence (LF) or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, with the ability to champion safe work practices and lead by example.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with experience identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
