Due to strong growth and increasing production volumes, we’re expanding our operations team and looking for experienced Production Supervisors to join our Night Shift operation at our Dry Creek bakery. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing site, lead high-performing teams and play a key role in supporting increased customer demand.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll lead a team of bakery production employees to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality production outcomes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, food quality and team performance.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll work closely with Production Planning, Reliability, Quality and HSE teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site.
