Job summary

Linde ANZ seeks a Production Leader to guide a multi-disciplinary team, building capabilities, setting clear expectations and driving productivity on a modern process plant in Brisbane. You will champion process safety, coordinate daily activities to meet KPI targets and budgets, and lead continuous improvement in reliability, cost control, and operational performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a process plant, manufacturing, reliability or similar operational environment.
• Five years' experience in a leadership or technical role.
• Strong HSE capability in Process Safety or Major Hazard Facility environment.
• Confident people leadership skills with accountability drive.
• You can have difficult conversations, manage performance and drive productivity.
• Sound technical knowledge across plant operations, maintenance and control systems.
