Job summary

JPEX Recruitment is seeking a Production Operator for our Shepparton-based client. The role starts as casual with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, offering day or afternoon shifts to suit production demand.

You will operate machinery, perform manual assembly, and conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. A strong team ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 15kg+ are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or assembly is preferred.
• Forklift license is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Stamina to stand for long periods and lift 15 kg+.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to assemble products to specification.
• Manually assemble components/products.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
• Operate forklifts up to 12 ton.
