Job summary

Philmac Pty Ltd in Adelaide, South Australia, is seeking an experienced Production Operator to keep a production line running safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This full-time role is based at North Plympton with onsite parking and uniforms provided, offering the 7am to 3pm day shift (three roles available) at 30.79 per hour.

You will operate production machinery, monitor processes, perform quality checks, support changeovers and continuous improvement, and work closely with your team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience operating production machinery and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and enthusiasm for automation.
• Commitment to reliable attendance.
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify improvement opportunities.
• Reliable, positive attitude and team oriented.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection moulding, extrusion is advantageous.

About the role

Are you an experienced Production Operator who knows how to keep a production line running safely, efficiently and to a high standard? Full-time permanent opportunities based at North Plympton, onsite parking and uniforms provided. We are continuing to grow and have 3 Day Shift Production Operator roles available Monday to Friday -7am to 3pm - $30.79 per hour.

• The ability to follow procedures and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• The ability to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for improvement
• Reliability, a positive attitude and a strong team focus
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Australian Resident or Permanent resident with full working rights
• Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection moulding, extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
