Job summary

Philmac Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Production Operators for full-time, night shift roles based at North Plympton, SA. Onsite parking and uniforms are provided.

We have three night shift positions available, Monday to Friday, 11pm to 7am, at a rate of $30.79 per hour plus 30% shift loading. You will operate production machinery, monitor processes, perform quality checks and support changeovers while maintaining a safe, productive manufacturing environment.

About The Role

Are you an experienced Production Operator who knows how to keep a production line running safely, efficiently and to a high standard?

• Full-time permanent opportunities based at North Plympton, onsite parking and uniforms provided
• We are continuing to grow and have 3 Night Shift Production Operator roles available
• Monday to Friday -11pm to 7am - $30.79 per hour + 30% Shift Loading

As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. You will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver quality products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

About You

• Strong commitment to maintaining a consistent and reliable attendance rate
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to follow procedures and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• The ability to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for improvementn}
• Reliability, a positive attitude and a strong team focus
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Australian Resident or Permanent resident with full working rights

Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection moulding, extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
