Job summary

B&R Recruitment Group seeks a Production Operator / Assembly All-Rounder in Glendenning, NSW. The role is hands-on on the factory floor, with about 90% on production and 10% forklift work, requiring a current LF forklift licence and experience with high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.

Responsibilities include manual assembly, operating machinery, quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace on a fast-paced production line. Starts early, with reliable transport to begin at 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Current Australian LF Forklift Licence (Essential).
• Proven experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Previous manufacturing, production or assembly line experience.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Reliable transport and ability to start at 6:00 AM.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Manual assembly, processing and fabrication of products
• Operating production machinery and using hand and power tools
• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Conducting quality checks on materials and finished products
• Occasional high-reach and counterbalance forklift operation
• Restocking production lines and moving heavy stillages
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
