Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Assembly Operator for their Yatala manufacturing team. The role involves hands-on assembly, basic soldering, and preparing parts for production with a focus on quality and safety. Training will be provided for those new to production.

This is a Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm role with an immediate start. Reliable performers joining a supportive team will enjoy ongoing, long-term employment with steady weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or labouring environments is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products in line with work instructions.
• Perform basic wire soldering duties.
• Prepare parts, materials, and tools for production processes.
• Safely operate hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain attention to detail.
• Support general production and assembly duties as required.
