Job summary

B&R Recruitment Group is seeking a capable Production Operator / All-Rounder for an aluminium and timber doors manufacturer in Glendenning. The role covers operating production machinery, hand tools, manual assembly, packing and quality checks, with occasional forklift driving to move materials.

You must hold a current Australian LF forklift licence, have manufacturing experience, and be reliable with a punctual 6:00 AM start. The position offers ongoing work with an immediate start.

B&R Recruitment Group is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operator / All-Rounder Forklift Licence Required to join a well-established company manufacturing aluminium and timber doors

This is primarily a hands-on production role involving assembly, machine operation, and general factory tasks. However, you must hold a current forklift licence, as you will be required for occasional forklift driving to move materials, supply lines, and keep the factory floor running smoothly.

About the Role

Your duties will include:

• Operate production machinery and hand tools safely to manufacture high-quality products.

• Perform manual assembly, packing, and quality checks on finished goods.

• Drive the forklift occasionally to safely move raw materials, stillages, and heavy components.

• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging inventory when required.

• Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow WHS guidelines.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Current Australian LF Forklift Licence (REQUIRED) – applications without a valid licence will not be considered.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or factory environment.

• Reliable transport to ensure a punctual 6:00 AM start.

• Good physical fitness for manual handling, lifting, and standing tasks.
