Job summary

Ridley in Whitton is seeking a Production Operator to safely operate and monitor plant and equipment within the Primary Distribution Centre. Training will be provided, with focus on safety, teamwork, and on-the-job learning.

The role welcomes candidates with a positive attitude who are comfortable with computers and basic IT systems, and who are eager to develop skills in a new industry. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

About the Role

Join our team in Whitton as a Production Operator.

This is a hands-on operational role where you\'ll be trained to safely operate and monitor the plant and equipment used within the Primary Distribution Centre.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good basic IT skills and a willingness to learn. You do not need extensive industry experience – we will provide the training and support you need to become confident in the role.
