Job summary

SPC Global Limited, a renowned Australian food and beverage manufacturer, invites applications for permanent full-time Production Operator roles at SPC Shepparton. These positions cover all three shifts and offer a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will apply your technical and mechanical skills to operate, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, while upholding safety, quality and continuous improvement standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing, preferably FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to identify issues.
• Experience meeting production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of WH&S, food safety and quality standards.
• Safety-conscious, proactive and reliable with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new processes and contribute to improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines across three shifts.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues to meet targets.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Production Leaders and team members to improve processes.

The Opportunity:

We are excited to announce we have a number of permanent full-time Production Operator positions available within our production team with SPC Shepparton.

These roles provide an excellent opportunity for experienced and skilled Production Operators to join a dynamic manufacturing environment and utilise their technical skills and production knowledge.

Positions will be available across all 3 shifts.

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate:

Strong experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing.

Sound technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand equipment, identify issues and respond appropriately.

Demonstrated experience working to production targets, quality requirements and operational procedures.

A strong understanding of workplace health and safety, food safety and quality standards.

The ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, escalating concerns when required.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with Production Leaders and team members.

A proactive, reliable and accountable approach to work.

The ability to consistently follow procedures, instructions and safe work practices.

A willingness to learn new processes, develop technical skills and contribute to continuous improvement.
