Bring your event production know how to one of Melbourne’s most vibrant inner-city communities. Join our Events, Arts & Culture team and take the lead in delivering high-quality, engaging events that celebrate creativity and connection across Stonnington.

In this role you’ll:

  • Coordinate and deliver large-scale outdoor events and festivals, leading all aspects of site planning, build, delivery and pack-down.
  • Oversee staging, infrastructure builds, and complex event site developments across open spaces, ensuring all operations are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and manage detailed production and operations schedules, covering technical production, infrastructure, amenities, signage and staffing.
  • Supervise contractors, suppliers and on-site crews, including large vehicle and plant equipment movements during site builds and de-rigs.
  • Collaborate with producers, suppliers and internal teams to bring creative event concepts to life.
  • Manage risk assessments, permits and production documentation with precision and attention to detail

This permanent part-time role offers a salary of $83,480 – $95,636 (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation.
