Job summary

Hapco Engineers in Welshpool, WA, is seeking an experienced Production Manager (First Class Machinist) for a full-time, permanent role. This hands-on leadership position blends machining duties with production management and mentoring of workshop staff.

You will oversee day-to-day operations of the machine shop, read engineering drawings, quote jobs, manage production workflow and delivery timelines, and ensure safety and quality.

• Trade qualification as a First Class Machinist.
• Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience.

About the Role

This is a varied position where you'll spend time on the tools while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of our machine shop. You'll work closely with management to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
