Job summary

Job Connect is recruiting Factory Production Machine Operators with Forklift licences for a leading international building supplies company based in Carole Park, Queensland. If you've got hands-on experience with batching, blending or mixing products, this could be your next move.

The role offers a permanent rate with overtime, 6:00am–2:30pm, 2:00pm–10:30pm or 10:00pm–6:30am, and 4–6 weeks of training on the day shift. You’ll join an experienced crew with chances to progress from within.

Qualifications

• Experience with batching, blending or mixing in a factory setting.
• Full Australian working rights on a permanent basis.
• Ability to operate production machines and lifting of 20kg bags.
• Willingness to undergo 4–6 weeks of day-shift training.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, fillers and bagging equipment.
• Use computerised control systems to manufacture batches.
• Operate forklifts to move pallets and products.
• Complete safety pre-starts and identify hazards.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
