Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a hands-on team member for a manufacturing/warehousing role in Nowra, NSW. You will perform cleaning, operate forklifts and conveyors, assist with machine adjustments, and ensure compliance with site policies in a safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current Driver’s Licence is required.
• Forklift licence is essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow processes.
• Experience in production, warehousing or manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and housekeeping.
• Ensuring compliance with site policies and standards.
• Operating cubing belt, wrapper, rack conveyor, palletising systems.
• Forklift and yard operations.
• Assisting with machine adjustments/repairs.
• Making basic machine/equipment adjustments.
