Job summary

Top Office Group is recruiting multiple Production Hand roles ( forklift licence required ) in Queensland, Australia. The positions operate on a day shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm, within a manufacturing environment supplying national markets.

Key duties include safe forklift operation, manual handling, weighing and batching ingredients, and ensuring equipment checks and clean workspaces. There are overtime opportunities and a clear pathway to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• A current forklift licence is desirable.
• Physical capability to handle manual tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• A good attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Manufacturing or agriculture experience is advantageous but not essential.

We are currently recruiting for multiple roles as a Production Hand (with forklift licence) with an Australian business supplying national markets through a refined and systematic manufacturing process. They design and manufacture products for a wide range of specialist applications, leveraging years of technical knowledge and expertise.

The roles are rostered Monday to Friday between 6:00am – 2:00pm on day shift.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (current licence required).
• Perform manual handling tasks such as bagging and stacking small packs.
• Assist with picking, weighing, and batching ingredients for blending.
• Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report maintenance issues.

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

• A current Forklift Licence is desirable.
