Job summary

Porta in New South Wales is seeking production workers to support our production lines and gain an understanding of our products and processes. For motivated employees you will also be exposed to operating some of our new state-of-the-art machinery.

We value accuracy, safety and reliability. Applicants should be physically fit for manual and repetitive tasks and have experience in machine operation or a production/warehouse environment, with aluminium experience considered an advantage.

• Experience in machine operation or production/warehouse environment.
• Packing experience is an advantage.
• Experience working with aluminium.

About you:

• Have previous experience in machine operation or working within a production/warehouse environment
• Have experience in a packing role (an advantage)
• Previous experience working with Aluminium
• Be looking for a long term career opportunity
• Have excellent attention to detail, quality and safety
• Be physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
• Be reliable and motivated to do your best every day

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, vision, drug and alcohol testing.
