Job summary

Hope Estate in Pokolbin, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant to support Winery, Brewery and Distillery operations. This hands-on role covers end-to-end production, canning, bottling and packaging across our product range, with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency.

You will join a dynamic team, assist with event prep and deliveries, and be flexible for extended hours and occasional weekend work. A forklift licence is desirable, and a can-do attitude is essential.

Production Assistant - Winery, Brewery & Distillery

Located in the heart of Pokolbin, Hope Estate is home to a multi-award winning Brewery, an established Winery and recently opened Distillery. Additional facets of the business include Concerts, Functions, Events & Festivals.

We are presently seeking an enthusiastic & energetic production assistant to work with the team taking our range from start to finish in the Winery, Brewery, Distillery and Packaging .

This is ahands-on role with a variety of tasksin a dynamic working environment where flexibility,a can-do attitude and work ethic are essential.

In this role you will play a crucial role in the core of our business by joining the Winery, Brewery and Distillery production team in the, creation, preparation and packaging of our products. You will also assist in delivering the finished product to our customers. This is a full-time role Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend for events.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting the end-to-end production of our Wine, Beer & Spirits
• Working on the canning and bottling lines
• Assisting with upkeep of the venue's parks and gardens
• Setting up for concerts and events

The right candidatemust possess the following:

• Be flexible with their availability and willing to work extended hours at short notice

• A fork lift licence (desirable but not essential)
• Be able to work under pressure
• Enthusiasm and self-motivation
• Take pride in their work

• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport (company vehicles supplied for deliveries)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
