Come join our Melbourne Event Productions team who work with the most amazing clients and shows all year, where we design, collaborate, and manage some very cool events, shows conferences for the full technical delivery of lighting, video, rigging, and audio.

We move quick because our clients do, we love innovation and new ideas.

We have a big team, with lots of people to learn from.

All we ask is you have a mix of passion, commitment, willingness to learn, and some experience helps, but we can easily teach you if you have the first 3 traits.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Managing and growing client relationships and understanding the importance of these relationships.
  • Lead the end-to-end AV production process, from initial client briefings to post-event evaluations
  • Conduct site inspections and technical rehearsals to ensure systems function flawlessly on event day
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and integrate new tools and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, event managers and production teams to ensure Production solutions meet or exceed expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, presentation and oral communication skills

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Well-presented with an outstanding customer focus.
  • Passion for delivering the highest production solutions including a high level of technical expertise.
  • A clear and consistent record of delivering technical events.
  • Ability to provide clear direction and lead production teams.
  • High-energy, confident go-getter with the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of CAD / Vectorworks programs is an advantage, but not essential
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle.
