Job summary

Cutcher & Neale Accounting And Financial Services in Australia seeks a Product Support Consultant to help customers maximise their technology solutions, provide practical support, troubleshoot issues and build strong relationships. This role is part of our Business Systems team and can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle or Melbourne.

We’re looking for someone to join us full-time and align with client needs for scheduling.

As a Product Support Consultant, you'll help customers get the most out of their business systems by providing practical support, troubleshooting issues and building strong relationships. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and helping customers succeed. This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle or Melbourne. We're looking for someone to join us full-time and are open to working with the right candidate to agree on a schedule that supports both our team and client needs.

What You'll Do
