Job summary

iSelect and Compare the Market are trusted brands helping Australians compare personal finance and household products. The Product Analyst will ensure the energy comparison site remains accurate, compliant, and user-friendly, partnering with Product & Pricing and IT delivery teams to support updates, testing, and issue resolution.

You'll investigate KPI changes, maintain documentation, and assist with customer feedback to drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a Product Coordinator, Product Analyst or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to investigate issues, analyse information and support problem-solving activities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing accurate and unbiased information.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop skills across product testing, compliance and customer experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily checks of the live energy comparison website and supporting systems, monitoring dashboards and alerts and escalating issues as required.
• Investigate unexpected changes in key performance metrics and gather information to support issue resolution.
• Support product and pricing updates by coordinating information, validating requirements and testing changes before release.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, test records and operational guides.
• Respond to customer enquiries relating to energy sales, website functionality and feedback submissions, providing clear and unbiased information.
• Analyse and categorise customer feedback to identify trends and recommend service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support compliance, operational effectiveness and customer experience outcomes.
