Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Sydney is seeking a Product Manager for General Insurance Product Underwriting to lead end-to-end product delivery, draft and maintain documentation, and collaborate across business units to drive strategic initiatives. • Proven product development experience, ideally within general insurance.
• General Insurance industry qualifications are preferred. If you bring strong relevant experience but don’t yet hold these qualifications, we still encourage you to apply, noting further study may be required for compliance.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance principles, including underwriting, claims, risk management, pricing, and claims practices.
• Experience drafting product and related documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a wide range of teams.

In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of General Insurance products and support Zurich’s strategy across existing and emerging market segments. What you’ll be doing:
