Pathway Talent is partnering with a respected not-for-profit to recruit a commercially minded Product Manager. The role shapes and manages a portfolio of services to be innovative, financially sustainable and responsive to community needs.

You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategy, market opportunities and growth. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in Product Management, strong financial modelling skills, and experience in tender submissions and contract

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Product Management, ideally in a service-based organisation.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or substantial experience in a comparable role.
• Proven experience in product strategy, service development, market research and business growth.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including financial modelling, analysis and strategic planning.

Responsabilités

• Manage the product and service lifecycle, identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation and expansion.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify new markets, diversify revenue streams and support sustainable organisational growth.
• Champion customer insights, market research and co-design methodologies to develop services that respond to changing community needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, industry partners, community organisations and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee government and subcontractor agreements, including negotiations, renewals, compliance, risk management and financial performance.
• Lead and coordinate the development of competitive tenders, funding proposals and grant applications.
• Conduct market research, financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments to support informed strategic decisions.
• Work closely with operational leaders, finance, customer experience and other teams to ensure products and services align with organisational objectives.
