Job summary

ResMed Inc is seeking a Product Manager – PLE to sustain and grow the Masks portfolio, including new product introductions and strategic initiatives. Based in Sydney or Singapore, you’ll champion patient and provider needs, guide product priorities and collaborate across Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply, Marketing and Engineering to deliver value.

You’ll think strategically about pricing, positioning and globalisation to keep the portfolio thriving, ensure quality, and support

Shape the future of sleep health through better product experiences. As Product Manager – PLE, you’ll help sustain Resmed’s industry-leading portfolio of masks while supporting new product introductions and strategic initiatives. Part of the Masks Product Management team in Sydney or Singpoare, you’ll champion the needs of patients and providers, guide product priorities and work across the business to deliver solutions that delight users, support commercial goals and uphold Resmed’s commitment to quality and innovation. The aim for this role is not just to keep the current portfolio alive but to ensure that it is thriving by experimenting with pricing, positioning, post market claims and strategic globalisation of the portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Champion patient and provider needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor in-market product performance and identify opportunities to maintain quality and competitiveness.
• Gather insights and help turn them into clear, prioritised actions.
• Own a product within the mask portfolio or provide hands‑on support across development and launch.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply, Marketing and Engineering teams.
• Influence priorities and support the effective delivery of cross‑functional projects.
• Contribute to new product introductions and broader strategic initiatives.
• Measure success through user satisfaction and business impact.
• Help the team build the right products, build them well and deliver them efficiently.
• Think strategically about the current portfolio and how to make in market adjustments to leverage its value.
• Work with the comerical and marketing teams to do this.
