Brennan is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap and lifecycle for the Managed Modern Workplace portfolio, shaping Microsoft 365, endpoint management and end-user services. You will prioritise based on customer and commercial insights and decide where to invest next.

The role emphasizes thoughtful trade-offs, data-driven decisions and independent work in ambiguity. It can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, offering challenges across delivery, support, tooling, pricing

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management or ownership in IT services or vendor environments.
• Ownership of a roadmap and backlog with launch-to-retirement decisions.
• Data self-sufficiency: derive numbers and argue insightfully.
• AI fluency is highly regarded; strong commercial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, backlog and lifecycle for Managed Modern Workplace portfolio.
• Evolve MS 365, endpoint management and end-user support offerings.
• Use data to identify opportunities and drive product decisions.
• Define scalable services balancing customer needs with viability and efficiency.
• Turn Microsoft licensing and AI capabilities into new offerings.
• Lead product launches across delivery, support, pricing and enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Service Operations to ensure deliverability.
• Define end-user experience standards and enablement measures.
• Measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
