Your new role

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing Australian Ethical’s investment product range to ensure it remains competitive, evolves through ongoing innovation, and consistently delivers on our customer value proposition. You’ll help ensure our products meet all regulatory obligations, achieve commercial objectives, and most importantly, align with and uphold our core values and ethical principles.

Key responsibilities include

  • Delivering enhancements and changes across the Asset Management product suite, including managed funds, ETFs, and SMAs
  • Managing PDSs, TMDs, Significant Event Notices, and product communications for the asset management suite
  • Preparing board papers for the Responsible Entity, addressing unitholder interests, customer experience, risk, financials, and strategy
  • Being the product owner for the asset management business on projects, change initiatives, marketing campaigns etc
  • Assessing product competitiveness in features and pricing, and supporting recommendations for improvements
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations including implementing regulatory change
  • Working flexibly within a small team to support colleagues beyond your primary responsibilities

We are looking for someone with

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Managed Funds Product role
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
  • RG146 or ASFA Diploma (desirable)
  • Financial literacy around investment management
  • Strong oral and written communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience within project delivery environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in data analysis and management reporting
  • Interest and commitment to ethical and environmental issues
