Job summary

Macquarie Group is expanding its Wrap Product Management team within Wealth Management. You will own wrap product initiatives, work with design through to implementation, and partner with technology, distribution, legal, risk and marketing to deliver growth.

• Wealth management wrap product management experience.
• Strong technical and digital experience.
• Understanding of wealth management regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive changes for wrap products from design through to implementation.
• Manage requirements with senior stakeholders and partners across technology, distribution, legal, risk, and marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product and growth initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and risk considerations are incorporated into product delivery.

In this role you will use your understanding of the features, functionality, risks and regulatory environment that underpin our wrap products you will deliver on key product and growth initiatives. You will manage change and requirements with senior stakeholders from design through to implementation, as well as work closely with a variety of stakeholders including technology, distribution, legal, risk and marketing.

• Wealth management and/or wrap product management experience with strong technical expertise including an understanding of how the technology supports delivery of the wrap product and platform experience.
• Strong technical and digital experience, and AI acumen.
• Demonstrated understanding of wealth management regulatory and legislative landscape.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, strong stakeholder management skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
