Job summary

Actegy Health on the Sunshine Coast, Maroochydore, is seeking a commercially driven Product Manager – AU & NZ to own the REVITIVE brand, spanning product strategy, brand, consumer insight, digital, media, innovation and commercial performance.

You will report to the Marketing Manager AU & NZ, own the product portfolio from strategy through to execution and measurement, and collaborate with Sales and external partners to drive growth and brand presence locally.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in product/brand marketing or related role.
• Experience managing agencies and media activity.
• Digital marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social, Video, e‑commerce and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing local product and marketing strategies.
• Identifying new product development and growth opportunities through consumer, market and competitor insights.
• Managing new product launch strategies.
• Building campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and demand.
• Managing digital, website, media and creative activity, including agencies and external partners.

• Analysing sales and marketing performance to optimise the marketing mix.
• Managing advertising and promotional budgets with a focus on effectiveness and profitability.

Actegy Health is looking for an experienced Product Manager – AU & NZ to join our Maroochydore team, responsible for the REVITIVE brand.

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role spanning product strategy, brand, consumer insight, digital, media, innovation and commercial performance.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Manager AU & NZ, you'll own the product portfolio from strategy through to execution and measurement.

Key responsibilities include:

ABOUT YOU

This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution — you'll need to be equally comfortable developing the plan and making sure it happens. We are looking for someone with:

3–5+ years' experience in Product Management, Brand Management, Marketing or a related role.

Experience managing agencies, creative partners and media activity.

Digital marketing experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, Video Advertising, e‑commerce and CRM.

Strong commercial, analytical, project management and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A customer‑focused, data‑driven approach and a genuine drive to challenge the status‑quo and get things done.
