• Support pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches to drive commercial performance.
• Monitor booking trends, customer feedback, margins, booking velocity, and ROI to optimise product results.
• Oversee the accurate setup, maintenance, and governance of products within internal systems and resources.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

Who you are:

• Minimum 2 years' experience within the travel industry.
• Cruise industry experience or cruise product knowledge preferred.

• Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and make informed business decisions.Experience developing, managing, or packaging travel products and holiday offerings.
