Podium, Melbourne-based leader in AI-driven local business solutions, is hiring a Product Manager to own automotive products in Australia, including Operator, our AI-powered employee, and the next wave of AI offerings for dealerships.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, sales and customer success to shape how AI helps dealers respond faster, convert inquiries, and improve customer experience. 3–5 years PM experience required.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience on messaging platforms or tools and growing user adoption.
• Experience shipping AI, LLM-based or automation products, or a strong understanding of how they are built and evaluated.
• Strong grounding in customer research and prioritisation.
• Ability to communicate and present across multiple levels of leadership.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategy and roadmap for Operator and our automotive AI products in Australia.
• Set goals and metrics, and track adoption, conversion and revenue impact for dealers.
• Define how AI handles automotive scenarios such as vehicle enquiries, test drive bookings and service appointments, including quality and escalation to human staff.
• Work with data and engineering teams to evaluate AI performance and prioritise improvements.
• Conduct weekly user research with dealer principals, sales, BDC and service teams.
• Communicate goals and results to the executive team and across the company.

About this opportunity:

Podium is hiring a Product Manager to own our automotive products in Australia, including Operator, our AI-powered employee, and the next wave of AI products for dealerships.
