Job summary

Lookahead, a profitable SaaS business, is hiring a Product Manager to own the AI & Automation product area. You’ll join a cross-functional team and manage a 3–6 month roadmap, reporting to the Head of Product with real ownership over your area.

The role requires translating client pain points into clear requirements, partnering with engineering on feasibility and scope, and occasionally speaking directly with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in SaaS, end-to-end ownership from discovery to adoption.
• Curiosity about AI and automation, and their product integration.
• Experience building roadmaps from usage data and customer feedback.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to discuss feasibility and integration tradeoffs with engineering.
• Accounting/workflow software background is a nice bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI & Automation product area as part of a cross-functional team.
• Translate client pain points into clear requirements and prioritize improvements.
• Partner with engineering on feasibility, scope and integration decisions.
• Occasionally engage directly with clients to gather feedback and validate directions.
