Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a Product Manager to join the Workforce Safety Product team in Melbourne. You will work with Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services and UX to shape and deliver features for a workforce safety platform used across multiple industries.

You will support roadmaps, gather customer insights, define requirements and contribute to successful feature delivery in a hybrid role based in Melbourne, Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related technology-focused role.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with SaaS products and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and UX teams to help shape and deliver product enhancements for a workforce safety platform used by organisations across a range of industries.
