Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Manager of Products in Perth to lead end-to-end product management for the retail portfolio, including distributed energy resources. You will shape strategy, build a capable team, and translate customer and market needs into a prioritised roadmap that delivers value, improves financial performance, and mitigates risk.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, program leadership, and the ability to trade off competing priorities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in product management or related commercial disciplines.
• 5 years+ experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across electricity, energy and policy sectors.
• Experience leading complex initiatives with budgets, timelines and risks.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment and support professional development.
• Define and lead the product vision and strategy aligned to priorities and outcomes.
• Shape and maintain the product roadmap with clear priorities and trade-offs.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from idea to retirement.
