Job summary

ResMed Inc in Singapore is seeking a Product Lifecycle Planning Manager on a 14-month fixed-term contract to connect Product, Commercial, Project and Global Supply Chain teams to align roadmaps with supply chain strategies from introduction to end-of-life.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle planning, drive demand and supply plans for new and obsolescent products, review business cases, and translate data into actionable forecasts, while mitigating risks and supporting digital enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field required.
• At least five years in supply chain planning and product lifecycle management.
• Minimum two years experience in MedTech or regulated healthcare.
• Strong forecasting and forecast performance management knowledge.
• Proficiency with ERP/planning tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle strategies aligned to portfolio priorities and customer value.
• Drive demand and supply planning for new, scaling, and obsolescent products, including end-of-life planning.
• Review business cases and ramp plans to shape initial forecasts using historical data.
• Integrate commercial insights, sales forecasts, inventory, and regional strategies into forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy post-launch and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate across Product, Commercial, Project, and Supply Chain teams.
• Apply financial modelling, ROI analysis, and scenario planning to lifecycle decisions.
• Partner with Planning Excellence on process improvements and digital supply chain initiatives.

You will connect Product, Commercial, Project, and Global Supply Chain teams to align product roadmaps with supply chain strategies. From new product introduction through end-of-life, you will turn commercial insights, planning data, and cross-functional assumptions into clear, actionable plans. Your work will support successful launches, safeguard product availability, optimize inventory and costs, and manage lifecycle risks in a dynamic MedTech environment.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle strategies that support portfolio priorities, customer value, revenue growth, cost efficiency, and competitiveness. Drive demand and supply planning for new, scaling, and obsolescent products, including end-of-life and last-time-buy plans. Review new product business cases and ramp plans, using historical data and Product team assumptions to shape initial demand forecasts. Integrate commercial insights, sales forecasts, inventory levels, promotional activity, and regional strategies into assumption-based forecasts. Monitor new product forecast accuracy after launch and translate performance data into practical recommendations. Identify supply chain and project risks early, establish clear mitigation plans, and support informed lifecycle decisions. Build alignment across Product, Commercial, Project, and Supply Chain teams on demand assumptions, market changes, risks, and ownership. Represent Supply Chain in product development reviews, project gate milestones, and commercial strategy discussions. Apply financial modelling, ROI analysis, scenario planning, advanced analytics, and real-time data to optimize lifecycle decisions. Partner with Planning Excellence to improve processes and contribute to digital supply chain initiatives.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. At least five years in supply chain planning, including demand planning and product lifecycle management. A minimum of two years within MedTech or regulated healthcare. Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, assumption-based planning, and forecast performance management. Commercial and financial capability across forecasting, P&L alignment, ROI analysis, and scenario modelling. Proficiency with ERP and planning systems, including SAP or Oracle, and analytics platforms. Ability to interpret trends and communicate insights using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Clear communication, stakeholder management, and influencing capability across different levels of the business.
