Job summary

Troocoo Pty is partnering with a well-established Australian organisation to appoint a governance manager within its product division. The role sits in the first line of defence and reports to the Head of Risk, shaping how the division governs policies, procedures and decision-making forums.

You will establish and maintain the governance framework for the division, ensuring robust, consistent and compliant policies.

Qualifications

• Around five years in operational governance, compliance or technical writing, with leadership experience.
• Experience drafting product and pricing policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the division’s governance of policies, procedures and decision forums.
• Partner with second line to respond to regulatory change.
• Set documentation strategy aligned to policy framework.
• Lead drafting, review and approval of product and pricing policies.
• Manage committee charters and governance papers with tracking.
• Maintain policy reviews and approvals within timelines.
• Embed operational controls and reporting in governance documents.
• Support writing quality across the division for board papers.
• Build stakeholder relationships to deliver governance initiatives.
