• Proven experience as Product/UX Designer or similar role.
• End-to-end product design from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Experience designing complex workflows, interactions and governance processes.
• Strong UX, UI and interaction design capabilities.
• Experience with design systems, reusable components and scalable patterns.
• Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility, including WCAG.
• Collaborative work with engineering; clear design specs, handover materials and QA support.
• Experience conducting usability testing and using findings to inform design decisions.
• Strong product and systems thinking for complex products and contexts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and align multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience using modern design and prototyping tools like Figma or equivalents.
• Interest in or experience with AI-enabled design tools and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end product design across the lifecycle, from problem discovery to delivery and ongoing improvement.

The successful candidate will combine strong UX and UI capabilities with product and systems thinking to design intuitive, scalable and accessible experiences for complex products and workflows.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working as a Product Designer, UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end product design across discovery, definition, design, delivery and iteration.
• Demonstrated ability to design complex workflows, interactions and governance processes.
• Strong UX, UI and interaction design capability.
• Experience developing and applying design systems, reusable components and scalable patterns.
• Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility, including WCAG principles.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineering teams, including producing clear design specifications, handover materials and supporting design QA.
• Experience conducting usability testing and using evidence to inform design decisions.
• Strong product and systems thinking, with the ability to understand complex products, services and organisational contexts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and create alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience using modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated interest in, or practical experience with, AI-enabled design tools and workflows.
