Job summary

HaltH is seeking a best-in-the-world Designer to shape how the product, brand, and growth elements come together across web and mobile experiences. You will influence product UX/UI, brand visuals, and storytelling, working within a small, fast-moving team that values rapid learning and high-quality output.

This is a role with impact on early-stage product development and health tech narrative, offering ambiguity, equity considerations, and a path to scale as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Strong in both product design and visual design.
• Comfortable operating across UX, UI, and brand.
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Miro, and modern AI-first workflows.
• Able to take ideas from concept to execution to iteration.
• Detail-oriented, but not slow.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces across web and mobile.
• Turn complex healthcare + payment flows into simple, elegant experiences.
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly based on real usage.
• Design across social, campaigns, presentations, and key touchpoints.
• Evolve HaltH visual identity and brand expression.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system.
• Collaborate closely with founders and team; use AI to accelerate exploration and execution.
