Job summary

Brighter Super seeks a Product Analyst to support the Product team with analysis, reporting and governance, working with Product Managers and stakeholders to keep data accurate and member-focused. This role helps ensure regulatory alignment and quality outcomes for members through data-driven insights.

You will maintain product information, prepare materials for committees, support member communications and contribute to competitive analysis and continuous improvement, in a flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience in an analyst, product support, reporting, operations or financial services role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret and summarise information from multiple sources.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate stakeholder input.
• Advanced capability across Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with a genuine willingness to learn and grow within a product environment.
• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, commerce, economics, data analytics or a related discipline would be desirable.

• Coordinate and prepare information for ratings agencies, benchmarking activities and external requests.
• Maintain accurate product data, registers and supporting governance documentation.
• Prepare presentations, briefing papers and product updates for stakeholders and committees.
• Support member communications relating to product changes, including FAQs and disclosure materials.
• Review and maintain product information across websites, collateral and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to product reviews, competitor analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

About your new Role:

As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Product team through analysis, reporting, governance and product-related communications. Working closely with Product Managers and a broad range of stakeholders, you will help ensure product information remains accurate, member-focused and aligned with regulatory requirements.
