Job summary

Equifax is hiring an entry-level Product Analyst to support product management across our portfolio. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help transform data into insights to inform product strategy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and clients, prepare regular performance reports, and assist in planning customer events and product launches, contributing to a data-driven decision-making process.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent in a related field with strong analytical concepts.
  • Ability to analyze information, recognize patterns, and draw evidence-based conclusions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor dates, progress, and checkpoints across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings and distribute product documentation.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to strengthen internal and customer relationships.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute performance reports tracking revenue, volume, and margins.
  • Gather and transform data into structured insights to support decision making.
  • Support customer-facing events with market and solution details.
  • Plan logistics and resources for customer events to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist product managers in executing strategic launches and tracking deliverables.
  • Support gathering and documenting market problems and needs.
  • Help draft user and buyer personas and use scenarios for feature design.
