Job summary

Paramount ANZ’s Sydney newsroom is seeking an experienced News Producer for a permanent full-time role at 10 News in Pyrmont. You’ll have control room and lineup skills, write and produce news stories, and help ensure productions go to air accurately and smoothly.

You must have 3+ years in a newsroom and a Degree in Journalism, with strong writing, clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlines.

• Producing a dynamic bulletin, including story development, script approvals, graphics and animations from inception to on-air.
• Manage time pressures and meet multiple daily deadlines.

10 News now has an opportunity available for an experienced News Producer to join our newsroom in Sydney (Pyrmont). This is a permanent full-time role.

Enough about us! What you’ll do as a News Producer:

As a Producer at 10 News you’ll be a valued member of our newsroom team. You will have control room and lineup skills, with the ability to write and produce news stories. Your multitasking abilities will help ensure 10 News productions go to air accurately and smoothly.

• You are a news junky, across the issues that are important to our audience
• 3+ years of newsroom experience.
