Job description
  • Work for a global market leader in commercial real estate
  • Deliver procurement solutions for CBRE's corporate services
  • Locations: Brisbane CBD, Mount Gravatt, Gold Coast, or Sydney CBD

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will support the end-to-end procurement process with a strong emphasis on analytics, compliance, and strategic sourcing. Your work will ensure value delivery and alignment with CBRE's enterprise goals including cost optimisation, ESG, supplier diversity, sustainability, procurement automation and operational efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Deliver the indirect procurement strategy across multiple non-property categories
  • Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market analysis, benchmarking and cost modelling
  • Manage end-to-end RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier contracts
  • Provide procurement analytics and reporting on spend, savings, KPIs and supplier risk
  • Support supplier relationship management, performance reviews and compliance monitoring
  • Drive operational excellence through procurement systems, automation and continuous improvement
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed procurement best practice, policies and processes

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field (CIPS preferred)
  • 2-4 years' experience in indirect procurement or commercial sourcing, corporate/real estate environment desirable
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar tools
  • Experience with eProcurement platforms (e.g. Coupa, Zycus, Tenderlinks, Global Rapid)
  • Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, supplier diversity, and modern slavery compliance
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and cost-conscious mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
