Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar procurement role.
• Experience in Education sector is desirable but not essential.
• Hands-on RFQs, supplier negotiations and contract documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and issue RFQs and RFTs for low to medium complexity procurement activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Prepare and manage goods and services contracts using existing templates.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure procurement activities are completed efficiently.

• Hands-on experience managing RFQs, supplier negotiations and contract documentation;
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders; and
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
