Coupa Software is seeking a Customer Solution Partner to collaborate with Sales, articulate Coupa’s approach, and shape delivery proposals. You will work with partners to scope, estimate, and cost engagements, ensuring early value delivery for clients in a consulting-focused role.

The position leverages experience in software/SaaS services, procurement processes, and managing large multinational engagements, with opportunities to influence offerings and win strategies globally.

Qualifications

Proven experience selling consulting projects, solutions, or managed services for a Software/SaaS firm with procurement and accounting process expertise.
Background in managing services engagements for large multinational customers with executive-level exposure.
Credible at all levels, able to build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, develop, and close new service engagements with Account Managers/Sales.
Participate actively in sales cycles covering Coupa services.
Design, estimate, and scope engagements directly or via partners.
Support development of customized service offerings to meet client needs.
Provide feedback to the Solution Delivery Team on existing packages for improvement.
