Job summary

Penrith City Council is seeking a Procurement Business Partner to support procurement and contract management across the Council. You will guide tendering processes, provide informed advice and ensure governance and probity throughout the procurement lifecycle.

This full-time, temporary role offers an opportunity to contribute to significant community projects while working with a collaborative team in Penrith. The position is based on-site in Penrith, NSW, and runs until 30 June 2027.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Procurement or equivalent.
• Experience in procurement, contract management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support best-practice procurement and contract management across Council.
• Provide trusted advice and guide tendering and quotation processes.
• Ensure governance, probity and compliance at every stage.
