Job summary

Our client, ASX-listed consumer organisation, seeks a senior Procurement Operations expert to lead governance, reporting frameworks, and supplier risk across a high-performing team in a hybrid Sydney setting.

You will drive procurement analytics, contract lifecycle management, and enablement initiatives, partnering with Finance, Technology, Legal and Risk to embed scalable procurement capability across the business.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years' experience in Procurement Operations or Governance.
• Experience supporting enterprise procurement transformation.
• Strong reporting and analytical capability.
• Advanced Power BI, Excel and procurement systems experience.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and supplier governance.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba or Ivalua.

Our client is an ASX-Listed Consumer organisation. This newly created role will play a pivotal role in strengthening procurement governance, reporting, analytics, systems, supplier risk and operational excellence with a newly formed, and high-performing team.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement Operations, you will lead the day-to-day coordination and continuous improvement of procurement operations across the enterprise.

You'll be responsible for establishing best-practice governance, reporting frameworks, procurement systems, contract lifecycle management, supplier risk processes and procurement enablement. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Procurement Excellence, Procurement Operations or Procurement Governance professional looking to step into a highly visible enterprise role.
