About the Role

As Procurement Manager, you will lead the sourcing, supplier management, and procurement strategies that underpin production and business operations, managing the end to end spend across both directs & indirects you’ll balance day-to-day operational needs with long-term strategic initiatives to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver procurement strategies across direct/raw materials and indirect spend.
  • Partner with operations, R&D, finance, and supply chain to align procurement with business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and mitigate supply risk.
  • Drive value through cost optimisation, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead continuous improvement in procurement processes and reporting.
About You
  • Proven experience in procurement, ideally within food, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing both direct/raw material categories and indirect procurement.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
