Job summary

Urban Utilities is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager - Maintenance & Industrial to lead the Maintenance & Industrial portfolio and drive lifecycle category management. Reporting to the General Manager Procurement and Supply Chain, you will guide strategy, develop a high-performing team, and deliver value for money across complex categories.

Qualifications

• Significant procurement and category management experience throughout the supply lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success leading category management teams.
• Experience managing and delivering complex sourcing activity, contract negotiation and supplier relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills.
• The ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
• Experience within maintenance, industrial, technical or comparable operational procurement categories.

• Developing and implementing category strategies and plans.
• Embedding lifecycle category management across the portfolio.
• Leading and developing a team of experienced category managers.
• Driving supplier performance and commercial outcomes.
